Modeling treatment resistance and optimizing parameter estimation

The issue of drug resistance is crucial to understand how to treat patients. Here I'll present the construction of a model, with the Department of Biomedical Research of Bern, to model drug resistance in vitro, for growing cells. In this context, we are also interested in the optimization of experimental design, to choose, depending on the model, the "best" measurement times to estimate parameters.
